I went on a little cross stitching adventure! Adrienne has been doing a lot of cross stitching as of late, and
Kinsey shared
this sweet diy and I couldn't keep myself from running to the store to pick up these supplies. I have no knowledge of cross stitching and decided to just wing it. It's one of the funnest crafts I've done. My projects were simple and a bit imperfect, but I think they're special and I look forward to making lots more.
Do any of you cross stitch or embroider?? If you're a pro, don't laugh at me okay?? hehe.
Do you have any tips? I'd love to hear about or see some of your creations! Have a sweet week friends!
xo.

ReplyDeleteI hope it's ok that I post this but I wrote a review for a really cool How-To book that I learned SO much from. I think you would like it. :) http://pulpsushi.typepad.com/index/2011/11/embroider-everything-workshop-book-review.html

ReplyDeleteoh my gosh, I used to cross stitch when I was younger! I always had those ones where you have the pattern you follow and it takes forever... usually never finished them. ha. Yours look so amazing. I would love to have a set like that for my girls rooms when I have kids. So cute!
ReplyDeleteHere is a link to the last cross-stitch I have done. After it was finished, it measured about 12" x 9". I really enjoyed it, and I was very proud that I finished it!
