Color Crush: Gold Glitter

So this whole love for gold is fairly new for me. I used to think it was tacky, but I'm just smitten with it. I love that it looks vintage and dated, but still classy. Now, my love for glitter has been present since I was about eight. And when you combine the two, well it's simply magic.

What I Wore

These photos were taken outside my house while I was home. It was extra 

windy that day which is never fun in NM, what with all the dust, but my 

sister and I had a fun little photoshoot none-the-less ^_^

I'm currently in Austin and headed back to DFW. Can't wait to see the Mr and be in my room, crafting. I'll be starting classes on Monday and oddly enough, I'm kind of excited to get back into the swing of things. Mostly because I just want it to be summer already ^_^

Some magic in your music

I loooove finding new artists and I love when my favorite artists provide me with more of their beautiful work. I know I've written about Jeremy Larson before, but I simply can't explain how magical I think his new album, "They Reappear," is. It's not only the fact that it's pretty or catchy, but the actual musical talent that is behind it, is what truly gets me. I love that there is a full orchestra and I love how well the instruments compliment the vocals. It's pretty great. You can listen and download it here. Enjoy^_^

It's called Old Mesilla and it's actually where my parents got married.

I love the bright colors and authenticity of all the buildings.

My shoes got a bit dirty, but that's because New Mexico 

is a desert and we have a lot of dirt. ha.

Project 365: Week Ten

It's true, I'm on week 10 and I missed week 9. I actually only took one photo that whole week. It was that crazy busy week where you only heard from me like once. Oh well, here's this past week's photos...

I drove a golf cart all day and got paid 60 bucks.

I had a cupcake.sewing.girls.party.

I drank an energy drink and things got crazy. ha.

I decided to have a free for all and leave PNTS items outside my door.

I made a new turban.

I got a manicure.

I worked on the Mr.'s bowtie on our way to the wedding.
